The End of the Global Order: Who Writes the New History?

 نهاية النظام العالمي: من يكتب التاريخ الجديد؟

العالم لا يعيش أزمة عابرة، ولا مجرد تفكك في التحالفات، بل نحن نعيش لحظة إعادة كتابة التاريخ. النظام الذي وُلد بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية انتهى، لا بفعل ضعف داخلي ولا بانتصار خارجي، بل بقرار واعٍ من القوة التي أسسته وهيا الولايات المتحدة الامريكية.  

أمريكا فهمت أن النظام الذي بنته صار عبئاً عليها، وأن خصومها وعلى رأسهم الصين و روسيا نجحوا في استغلاله لصالحهم. لذلك اختارت أن تُنهيه بنفسها، قبل أن يُنهى ضدها. فهاته الأحداث العالمية التي نشهدها منذ اندلاع حرب اوكرانيا ليست بفوضى، بل هيا إعادة هندسة جديدة للعالم.  

- الولايات المتحدة الامريكية : تعيد صياغة النظام العالمي لتبقى في موقع القيادة، حتى لو كان ذلك عبر ابتزاز الحلفاء وإطالة النزاعات.  

- روسيا: لا تحتاج إلى نصر كامل في اوكرانيا، بل يكفيها أن ترى الناتو يتفكك والثقة الغربية تنهار.  

- الصين: تمكنت من مفاتيح اللعبة وتمارس تمارس صبرها الاستراتيجي، وتنتظر الفراغ لتملأه بنظام أكثر براغماتية وأقل مركزية .  

- تركيا: تتحرك بذكاء بين واشنطن وموسكو، وتستغل موقعها داخل الناتو لتفرض نفسها كوسيط لا غنى عنه.  

- إسرائيل: تستفيد من إعادة توزيع النفوذ لتكريس تفوقها الإقليمي.  

- الاتحاد الاوروبي: الخاسر الأكبر هيا أوروبا تدفع الثمن الأكبر، أزمة طاقة، انقسام سياسي، وتراجع في القدرة على فرض خيارات مستقلة.  

- السعودية: تبرز كلاعب توازن هادئ، تضبط الإيقاع في سوق الطاقة عبر "أوبك+"، تنفتح على إيران برعاية صينية، وتستثمر في التحول الطاقي لتأمين موقعها في الاقتصاد الجديد. المملكة لا تدخل في صدام مباشر، بل تراكم مكاسب تدريجية على المدى القريب والمتوسط، وتضع نفسها كقوة توازن في النظام القادم.  

هذه ليست نهاية التاريخ كما بشّر فوكوياما، بل نهاية نظام وبداية نظام جديد متعدد المراكز. نظام فيه أمريكا قوية لكن ليست مطلقة، الصين صاعدة لكن بحذر، روسيا مؤثرة لكن بحدود، والسعودية والجنوب العالمي لاعبين أساسيين يفرضون حضورهم عبر التوازن والبراغماتية.  

إذا نحن الآن في عالم لم يعد يُدار من مركز واحد، بل من شبكة مصالح متقاطعة. القوة لم تعد في السيطرة المطلقة، بل في القدرة على التوازن، المناورة، واستغلال الفراغات. ومن يفهم هذه الحقيقة اليوم، سيكون هو الرابح غداً.  

The End of the Global Order: Who Writes the New History?

The world is not facing a passing crisis or a mere breakdown of alliances; it is living through the rewriting of history. The post–World War II order has ended—not through internal weakness or external victory, but by a deliberate choice of the very power that created it: the United States of America.  

Washington understood that the system it built had become a burden, and that rivals—chief among them China and Russia—had learned to exploit it. Thus, it chose to dismantle it itself, before others could dismantle it against its will. The global events we have witnessed since the war in Ukraine are not chaos; they are the deliberate re-engineering of the world.  

- United States: reshaping the order to remain in command, even if it means leveraging allies and prolonging conflicts.  

- Russia: does not need total victory in Ukraine; NATO’s erosion and Western mistrust are enough.  

- China: holds the keys to the game, practicing strategic patience, waiting to fill the vacuum with a pragmatic, less centralized system.  

- Turkey: maneuvers smartly between Washington and Moscow, exploiting NATO membership to secure indispensable relevance.  

- Israel: consolidates regional supremacy through shifting balances.  

- European Union: the biggest loser—energy crisis, political fragmentation, and declining autonomy.  

- Saudi Arabia: emerges as the quiet balancer, orchestrating oil markets via OPEC+, opening to Iran under Chinese mediation, and investing in energy transition. Riyadh avoids direct confrontation, instead of accumulating steady gains in the short and medium term, positioning itself as a stabilizing force in the new order. 

This is not the “end of history” proclaimed by Fukuyama, but the end of one order and the birth of another—multipolar, pragmatic, less idealistic. An order where America remains strong but not absolute, China rises cautiously, Russia influences within limits, and Saudi Arabia along with the Global South assert themselves as indispensable players.  

We now live in a world no longer governed from a single center but from a web of intersecting interests. Power lies not in absolute control but in balance, maneuver, and the exploitation of vacuums. Those who grasp this truth today will be the winners of tomorrow.
